"System Tool" Malware
While on IE8, a system tool message appeared indicating my computer had various Trojan viruses and worms and gave the option to remove them. When I selected to remove them, the program required funds to do so. At this point I knew it was a scam, but it was too late...it took over my computer preventing all applications from operating including IE. This program changed my wallpaper to a poorly written warning over a blue background filled with code. My husband was able to restore access to IE by entering some of the code. Help! How do we remove this malware from the computer?

How do we remove this malware from the computer? make a full scan with an AntiVirus Scanner like Microsoft Security Essentials and also scan your PC with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. if both don't remove it, backup all personal data and reinstall the Windows."A programmer is just a tool which converts caffeine into code" CLIP- Stellvertreter http://www.winvistaside.de/
